Whats wrong with people?!
I was just watching the Swedish News on TV and they were informing about an accident making all trains between Stockholm and Uppsala standing still for hours.
Fine so far.
They were interviewing many different people who had been stuck for maybe a maximum of 2 hours and made a HUGE deal about it.
After I heard loads of complaint about the waiting problems I hear that someone has been KILLED by a train and the ONLY thing they said about that was that:
"it took a lot longer than usual to clean up the mess because of the cold weather"
WHAT??!?!
What the f*ck is wrong with people?? Someone DIED and the ONLY thing people care about is that they might be a couple of hours late?
and what is THIS about: "[...took longer than usual to clean up the mess]"
I dont know what to say.
Is this a joke?!
I hope it is a VERY bad joke because this cant be real.
This made me SO upset and sad, and I hope they will realize how insensitive and unmoved the news made people seem to be.
I wonder if the people inside the trains actually knew that a person got killed by a train and that is the reason for the delays. I hope they wouldnt have talked like that if they knew.
Did they know?
It is so strange and sad that they didnt even say anything about the guy who was just killed except from that is why the traffic is standing still.
How can the time delays be more important than a life?

Well there are people in this world, who just think of themselves..
Earlier on this year, there was another incident were a guy of 26 took his life away.
"Geldrop – On Wednesday evening a man from Maastricht threw himself in front of the train on the NS (Dutch railways) station of Geldrop.
At 23.10 o’clock the man from Maastricht jumped from the platform on to the rails on the moment an intercity-train from the direction of Weert drove by. The man passed away.
The train couldn’t drive until 2 am because of the accident. The passengers were offered other ways of transportation to continue their ways. Apart from some passengers also some witnesses on the platform have seen the man jump."
